Get ready for an exciting cultural extravaganza as Pforzheim, Germany, prepares to host the annual Intercultural Week. The event, scheduled to start on September 19, 2023, at 7 PM, will officially commence with a captivating literary reading at the Pforzheim City Library.
The reading, titled "Where - Where. About Leaving, Arriving, and Moving On," is set to be an inspiring journey through the world of literature and culture. It aims to make the cultural diversity of Pforzheim "visible and audible."
Four local authors from diverse backgrounds will be showcasing their works during the event. Among them are Selda Falke, born in Mühlacker, Fatima Hasso, who has been residing in Pforzheim since 2015, Rosimari Faustino, a recent resident since 2021, and Dr. Mazen Arafeh, who has been a part of the city since 2018.
After the enlightening reading, there will be ample space for encounter and exchange, providing an opportunity for the audience to engage with the authors and fellow attendees.
The event is part of a series of cultural diversity events happening in the city until the end of September.
