Bremen Launches 'My Bremen is Real' Campaign to Rediscover City
Bremen Economic Development Agency (WFB) has launched a new city marketing campaign, 'My Bremen is real', encouraging locals to rediscover their city and share their favorite spots. The campaign runs until the end of September 2024 and seeks participants to recommend their favorite places, with the chance to see their faces on billboards and digital advertising spaces. The campaign slogan is a twist on a Joachim Ringelnatz quote and aims to inspire locals, tourists, businesses, and experts to become city ambassadors.
The WFB is inviting Bremen's citizens to upload photos of their favorite spots and themselves at www.meinbremenistecht.de. Each month, a jury will select 'Faces of the Month' to promote the city on various channels. The campaign has already started, with four motifs featuring locals and their favorite spots visible in the cityscape. Notably, the Wirtschaftsförderung Bremen is also seeking their own employees to recommend their favorite places in the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen under the motto 'Mein Bremen ist echt!' (My Bremen is real).
The 'My Bremen is real' campaign aims to foster pride and enthusiasm among locals, showcasing the city's diverse attractions. By involving locals, tourists, businesses, and experts, the campaign seeks to create a network of city ambassadors, promoting Bremen as a vibrant and exciting place to live, work, and visit.
