Eleven mountain rescuers from Werfen locals climbed up to the family and secured them on ropes over old snowfields until they reached the hut at 3:15 am, ensuring the family's safe arrival. The operation leader, Stefan Koller, commented that the family was chilled, and they were provided with warm clothing during the rescue.
