Gigantic Luxury Resort on the Baltic Sea to Commence Operations: Known as "Little Dubai"
The Gołębiewski Hotel, planned to be the largest on the Baltic Sea, is currently under construction on a 30-hectare plot of land between Swinemünde and Kołobrzeg, approximately 90 minutes from Ahlbeck. The hotel, spanning thirteen floors including two underground, boasts 1200 rooms and can accommodate up to 3000 guests.
Despite plans being underway since 2021, the hotel's construction has yet to commence. This delay can be attributed to various factors, including the COVID-19 pandemic, lack of building materials, and legal issues. Most notably, the environmental permit from the Rewal municipality is still pending.
The name of the district building inspector in Gryfice responsible for the approval of the Gołębiewski Hotel in Pobierowo is Janusz Zaryczański. The environmental permit application was first submitted during the ongoing approval process, though the exact initial submission date is not specified in the sources. Once the environmental permit is received, final inspections by the fire department, health department, and building authority can take place.
The Gołębiewski Hotel is Tadeusz Gołębiewski's fifth project in his career, with previous hotels in Mikołajki, Białystok, Wisła, and Karpacz. Sadly, Tadeusz Gołębiewski passed away in June 2022. The Pobierowo project, also known as "little Dubai," was initiated by him in 2018.
The Gołębiewski Holding is actively seeking staff for the hotel, including a director position. Job offers for specific positions, such as a receptionist with fluent foreign language skills, are handled through an external company.
The Gołębiewski Hotel will offer a range of amenities, including an aquapark, a spa, private water sources, two cinemas and theaters, restaurants, bars, and a congress center with 32 rooms.
While the exact opening date for the Gołębiewski Hotel has not been announced by the Gołębiewski Holding, the hotel's Facebook page has 20,249 followers eagerly awaiting updates. In March, the social media team published two new exterior shots after a two-year hiatus with no updates.
As the Gołębiewski Hotel moves closer to completion, the local community and tourists alike look forward to this grand addition to the Baltic Sea coastline.
