Henkel Launches Revolutionary Water-Saving Aircraft Cleaner
Henkel Adhesive Technologies has launched Bonderite C-AK DW 805 AERO, a revolutionary water-saving cleaner designed for aircraft surfaces. This innovative product, free from phosphates, chromates, and harmful solvents, offers a safe and efficient solution for various surfaces including metals, paints, and plastics.
Bonderite C-AK DW 805 AERO clings to vertical surfaces and activates upon mopping. It effectively removes dirt and oils, leaving a high-gloss finish and providing long-term protection against corrosion, UV rays, and oxidation. The cleaner's unique formula allows it to be wiped off easily with a clean, damp microfiber cloth within seconds of application, eliminating the need for water rinsing and wastewater treatment.
The product is non-flammable with a high flash point (>94°C) and delivers reliable performance over a wide range of temperatures and humidity levels. It is a ready-to-use, viscous emulsion that can be applied by spraying or damp mopping onto any aircraft surface without taking the aircraft out of service, minimising downtime.
