Nettetal's Autumn Holiday Workshops: Free Creative Sessions for Kids

Nettetal is offering a fantastic range of free workshops for children and youth aged 10 to 14 during the autumn holidays. Supported by the Kulturrucksack project, funded by the state government of North Rhine-Westphalia, these workshops aim to foster creativity and practical skills. With 13 workshops across five locations, there's something for everyone.

Participants can look forward to a variety of engaging activities. Eva Brachten will lead a sewing workshop, encouraging creativity with clothing and accessory designs. Meanwhile, Martin Beigang will explore rhythm and coordination through drumming, using professional recordings to enhance the experience. For those interested in building and construction, Aran 'Cole Blaq' Hudson will facilitate a session using Klemmbausteine to create monster figures or inspiring sculptures. Johannes Veit will teach the art of glowing graffiti using black light effects, while Charlotte Hoffmann will focus on storytelling through comics, teaching how to give characters different expressions.

All workshops will take place at five locations: Oase in Breyell, Arche in Lobberich, Piet 8 in Hinsbeck, Spielcafe in Kaldenkirchen, and the city library in Breyell. Detailed information and registration, which is required due to limited space, can be found at https://www.kulturrucksack.nrw.de.
