Castle Elvira, built at the turn of the 20th century and left to ruin for nearly 100 years, was meticulously restored and recently reopened its doors. Located in Trepuzzi, just 19 km from Sant'Oronzo Square, the estate spans across 37 hectares of olive groves and citrus orchards, including six uniquely designed suites. Each suite offers an elegant historical setting with discreet contemporary amenities. The rooms feature king-size beds with aloe vera-infused pocket spring mattresses, hypoallergenic pillows, pure linen bedding by Conran, plush towels, and Sicilian organic bath products by Ortigia. The private bathrooms boast rainfall showers, while the main suites feature sculpted marble bathtubs.
The heated infinity pool, measuring 70 square meters, sits in the heart of a lush tropical garden, just a few steps from the main castle. The pool area includes spacious sun loungers and a water-lapped solarium. The castle grounds also feature a hot tub large enough for approximately 10 people, while guests staying in the castle cottage have access to their private version in their isolated garden.
