Luxurious Living Spaces in Dubai: A Glimpse into Kanessa Muluneh's Palace

Kanessa Muluneh, a successful entrepreneur residing in Dubai, calls a 20,000 square-foot palace in the Ponderosa, Camino Cluster at The Villa in Dubailand, her home. This grand abode, reminiscent of a football field in size, is a testament to her achievements and a reflection of her unique style.

Inside, the palace boasts an interior that is warm, cosy, and almost nostalgic, with earthy beige, black, and rich dark wood tones. Despite its size, Kanessa's office exudes a minimalist and powerful aura, designed to convey "boss mode."

Kanessa, a hands-on mother, homeschools her three children but acknowledges her lack of patience. To ensure quality education, she hires a professional teacher to assist. The palace also houses a classroom for the kids, a surprising and thoughtful addition.

The palace is not just a showcase of grandeur, but a home where Kanessa lives, laughs, and feels safe. In line with this belief, she prefers buying property over splurging on brands or logos. Her mansion, a microcosm of Dubai life, embodies space, help, and luxury being common.

Kanessa's kitchen, designed for Instagram, is not where she spends her time. She admits to not cooking and instead, prefers the Dubai sun. Her favourite spot in the palace, however, is her bedroom, which she designed to feel cozy.

In a romantic gesture, Kanessa bought her husband a pilot's license. Their relationship is not without surprises, as evidenced by her husband's recent gift - a sparkly black Bentley, custom-wrapped with her name on it.

The palace's grounds are sprawling, with six bedrooms, hidden corners, and sprawling gardens. In keeping with her preference for a calmer, less showy form of luxury, Kanessa and her husband opted to redo the interiors but left the structure intact.

Living in a neighbourhood where homes typically cost Dh20 million and beyond, Kanessa believes older villas are a smarter buy. To help run the household, she employs a nanny, maid, teacher, and gardener, despite only five family members living there.

Despite the opulence, Kanessa's palace is a testament to her down-to-earth personality and her belief that a home is more than an investment - it's where one lives, laughs, and feels safe.
